Refund Policy
Effective April 2025 • Your satisfaction matters to us.
We aim to ensure you’re happy with your generated surat. However, because our service delivers instant digital documents, refunds are only available under certain conditions:
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your surat.
- Refunds are only provided if the generated letter is corrupted or completely unusable.
How to Request
Email support@suratmudah.my with your order number and a short explanation of the issue.
Processing Fees
Any applicable payment gateway or processing fees may be deducted from your refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Changes of mind or dissatisfaction with the style/wording.
- Minor formatting issues or typo mistakes caused by user input.
- Incorrect email addresses or incomplete form submissions.
